We offer two specializations - Educational Leadership and Individually Designed, programs with over an 80 percent retention rate compared to the national average of 55 percent. The programs have an average completion rate of 6.5 years, compared to 8.3 years nationwide. And most significantly, 96 percent of our graduates become immediately employed after completing their doctorates, much higher than the nationwide average of 71 percent.
